Bookings
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We may require a small deposit for long-duration services.
- Arrival window: We provide a 15–30 minute arrival window to account for traffic and prior job overruns.
- Vehicle condition: Please remove personal items and disclose any aftermarket modifications in advance.
- Access: For mobile services, ensure access to power and water where applicable.
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Within 24 hours: Up to 50% of the quoted service may be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the deposit may be forfeited and future bookings may require prepayment.
- Weather exceptions: For severe weather or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule at no charge.
Liability
We handle vehicles with care. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left in vehicles.
- Pre-existing issues: We document visible defects and will seek your acknowledgment before proceeding.
- Valuables: Please remove valuables. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.
- Reasonable care: Our products and techniques follow manufacturer guidelines for safe use.
Payments
We accept major cards and e-transfer in CAD. Taxes are applied based on your province.
- Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits are credited to the final invoice. Non-refundable portions are disclosed at booking.
- Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Use of Website
You agree to use this site responsibly and not to reverse-engineer or misuse content.
- Prohibited: scraping, automated data harvesting, or interfering with service integrity.
- Security: Do not attempt to bypass security features or access non-public areas.
- Feedback: Non-confidential suggestions may be used to improve our services.
